Take time to talk to someone, phone or text, have a coffee or just stick your head round someone's door. Ask them how they are and listen to what they say.
1 in 4 adults and 1 in 10 young people will experience a mental health problem every year. Talking about it doesn’t have to be difficult but can make a big difference. To start a conversation, thank someone for something they have done, make someone a cup of tea or find out how someone unwinds at the end of the day.
