The HeartMath coaching practices, tools and techniques are science-based allowing individuals to respond rather than react to and during stressful situations. The StRaW approach is active listening based whilst exploring what has changed for an individual and how this may be experienced by the individual. Action planning is based on a decisional balance approach.
